Pyewacket Blu-ray

Very good slow burn indy horror film getting a blu-ray release from Scream Factory sometime late summer. Definitely has a vibe in the same vein as The VVitch.

Looks like my kind of movie. It's been a while since I've had a string of indie films to check out. This and The Midnight Man will both help fill that void.

I've never gotten a poster with any IFC Midnight release in the past. But, that doesn't mean much.
Not sure about the reversible covers, but I have my doubts.

Some of the IFC Midnight releases have them. Off the top of my head I know Wyrmwood has one. But that was a couple years ago now so I couldn't say about the newer releases.

I'm very curious about this film. I'll probably pick it up when it's released.

Hmm.. just saw the movie on TV. While I really loved The VVitch, this one wasn't as good IMO, and I don't really think it has any rewatch value for me

So I'll skip that release.

Maybe it's safer to watch it first instead of committing to a direct blind buy for this one.

Just preordered it from Amazon at $17 + shipping (europe).

Blind buy, I really dug the trailer and all the reviewers I trust when it comes to horror all say its a great indie horror with lots of dread. Right up my alley
