Blu-ray Count

In a couple of weeks, the U.S. will see the debut of the Blu-ray for BABE, but its sequel, BABE: PIG IN THE CITY, is nowhere to be found as a preorder or even as a forthcoming title in the weeks or months ahead. However, at the same time, PIG IN THE CITY is seeing a (presumably region-free) Blu-ray release in the UK. I'm not saying a release strategy like this is unprecedented but I certainly don't recall ever seeing an example like it before and my collection is not a slight one. So here's my question--does anyone have any insight into whether PIG IN THE CITY might see a retailer exclusive release (like this week's HAPPINESS IS A WARM BLANKET, CHARLIE BROWN, only at Walmart) here in the U.S., or are we just truly a no-go all around for BABE's fascinating sequel?
