Default Greasy Drunken Food?

So after a night of drinking (I'm not done just needed a break and some food) what do you like to eat? We all know about the waffle houses and White Castle but what about the abnormal meals we eat while recovering from the wonders of alcohol

Drunken cooking is my favorite, I just throw things together and they are usually delicious. I just made some fried potatoes with sliced hot dogs. I fried the potatoes in olive oil with kosher salt, fresh black pepper, cayenne pepper, and threw in some onions to caramelize then threw in the dogs that were sliced into 1/4" slices. Threw it all on a tortilla with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato and some extra hot sauce.

Drunken Food is the best...being 22 maybe I'm one of the few here who still has these nights but hopefully others will chime in.
