Check out here. Usually we post them here like the Sainsbury's 20% off offer or the £5 Blu's at ASDA and Tesco's. I think the mods are kind enough to leave them here if they're popular which I think is the best compromise (I rarely go to the thread I posted a link for).

Or if you see a great deal on a particular item post it in that items thread (if it has one).
