Which T2 is Region Free? ( Sorry if this post is up already )

i am looking to buy a Terminator 2 Steelbook, but i know there are lots of different versions out there, which steelbooks are region free? The one which i really like is the one that still avaliable UK or German, i love the cover art on those but dont know if they are region free?

Mexican T2 is what you need. UK and DE are Region B locked. Not sure about the others.

The Mexican version? were can i get a copy of it? i have never seen a mexican version.....

The Mexican T2 is just like the German and UK SteelBooks, it just has a paper insert on the back in Spanish and a different disk that will work in region A. The Dutch SteelBook is also the same and is AB, IIRC. And the Japanese SteelBooks are region A compatible, too, although they have different artwork.

ok i like the artwork from the UK Version, so in this case i would need a mexican or Dutch version. i have gone on ebay and cant find those versions anywere...... all i see are UK and German and Japan versions???? any idea why i cant find those other editions, mexican and Dutch....?

Because they are much rarer =) From what I recall, the Dutch version is even Region ABC.

Yep, they are much rarer. I had to trade for my Mexican T2. I'd recommend checking out the trading threads here to try and find what you are looking for.
