Tmobile LG G2x

I got the G2x when it came out as I needed a new phone and did not want to wait till summer for the HTC sense. My phone had worked very good with very little issues. I had read reports with people having issues with their G2x phones. My phone would reboot about once every week and to me not a big deal. I usually reboot my phones twice a day anyway. I was very happy with it untill recently. It has froze up a few times and I was unable to answer 2 calls this week. I have 2 friends that have it and one of them has come to hate this phone( he loved it for the first month and had no issues) I have a protection plan on the phone and want to get a new one but I am reading more and more people having issues out of the box. I am going to write/call tmobile customer service ( which has been excellent over the years) and see if I can trade it for the sense but I doubt that will happen. Does anybody else have this phone and if so do you hate it/love it, have minor or major issues and what are you going to do with it? I think it is called optimus 2gx or something like that in countries outside the US.

this phone was a mess, super fast but a mess because of random reboot/freeze that other people experiencing and im one of them. on my 4th replacement and they decided to release 2.3 GB.

The G2X is plagued with all types of problems that LG is aware of....but don't expect a fix. Some of the problems cannot be fixed with updates either.

Mine worked pretty well the first 2 months. Just recently it has had issues. Sounds like I have one of the better working ones. I dont want to trade it is for one that will be worse.
