Default I jus got a quicky

its a quicky....but here goes.....do the games and movies names on the boxes change across language...for example...on the blu ray in american spiderman 3 says SPIDERMAN. 3....in japan,,,does is it say CHAICUH 3?....and the same for games...does warhawk say JAI SHU in japanese

Sometimes they localise the name, sometimes they keep it the same or give it a localised subtitle.

War and Hawk are probably quite common words and recognised by Japanese people, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune probably doesn't mean so much to them so they get a localised title.

How the logo's styled in English may impact whether they decide to change it or not too.

No the English language does not "dominate". Other countries have their own culture and language. Many speak decent English though.
