Default 2LOW4U's Home Theater Setup.

Hi All,
I finally got around to uploading some Pics of the Home theater System.
I am just finishing up on upgrading the System at the moment.
My First Setup Consisted of a LG 42" PC3DVA that I had For 4 Years,(Sold it to my Mother), HK AVR135 Receiver (Still Have But Currently For Sale),Quest QS8 Sub(Sold),Samsung Upconverting DVD Player Gave to My Mother With the TV,And the only thing left from the old system that I am in the process of upgrading at the moment is the Polk RM6005 5.0 sat Speakers.
My New System Started With the Samsung BD C6500 Blu Ray Player, Then the Sub was upgraded to a SVS PC12NSD,Receiver Got Upgraded To a Onkyo HTRC360 next was the TV I Went to a LG LK520 42" LCD.
My Final upgrade is the Surround Speakers, Bought 2 Polk Audio RTi A3 Bookshelf Speakers A Couple of weeks ago but are still in the Boxes at the moment as I need to buy new stands.
I plan on two More RTi's for the rear surrounds either the A1's or the A3's leaning on the A3's right now.(Comments on what I should go with for rears Would Be Appricated).
And I am going to be Replacing the Center Channel To a CSi A6.
My Theather system is in the Bedroom at the moment as I live in a Duplex but Will be Buying a Home in the Near Future.
The Sub is Sitting on a Home built Isolation Stand.
Here is some Pics of the System at the moment.
BTW The Die Cast Car is a 1987 Buick Grand National DUB Series.
Thanks For Looking.

Nice system. The crowning touch is the lowrider Cutlass(?) or Monte Carlo(?) sitting on top of the cable box.

Welcome to the Forum. That sub looks like a monster next to your system. I'm sure you can shake the house with that!

Thanks for the comments.
The sub is unbelievable it hits low and hard and not even pushing it.
Most of the time it is only at 15 on the dial(Onkyo goes to 70 max).
I live in a duplex that has no insulation what so ever ( I can hear the neighbour snoring at night) So if the neighbours put there yappy dog outside it barks the whole time I turn up the tunes ( they get the message real quick)
I cannot wait till my fiencee and I get our own house in the spring and I can really crank it and see what it really sounds like during a full movie Etc.

I am hopong that when we get our own spot the sub will really open up considering that it is setup in a bedroom that is app 12x15,we are looking to get a minihome with a open concept in the kitchen/living room and cathedral ceilings.
I am really hoping that it will not be too big of an area that the sub will dimminish but the only way to find out is do it and see the outcome, if it comes down to buying another sub it will be!!!!!

Nice set-up........and yes, SVS has a good reputation around these forums. I have 2 PC12's......they perform flawlessly and never distort no matter what I have played or how loud I have had the volume. SVS truly does make a great subwoofer. By the way, do you have the Bash amp or the new Sledge amp in your PC12?

Wow, that's thin..
I use to live in an apt like that. I could hear my neighbors have a whispering convo. That was years ago.

That have to be the best investment i have ever made in getting a SVS Sub.
I can only imagine what two would sound like one is good for me now.
I as big into the car audio Scene years ago with 2 12" Rockford Fosgates with a 1500W MTX Mono Amp Running them it was Too loud!
But I Found that SVS Sounds Much Cleaner and Excellent Bottom End at the Same Time Even With the Volume up!
I Bought My PC in End Of March-Early April This Year so it has the Sledge Amp.

lol, you just reminded me of something that happened at the place I told you about.

My next door neighbor would always get into a fight with all of his different girl friends, I could tell they were different, because of the way they sounded.

I use to shake my head and talk about him always fighting those girls, but I said it in a normal voice or lower.

Well one day, I got into an argument with someone and I told her to leave. We were loud.

Well guess what I hear next, as if it was in my own place, my neighbor talking to me and saying "I betcha can't talk about me anymore!"

Just a update, I just sold my small sats, so the 2 new Polk RTI A3's will be up and running this weekend.
Now got to figure out how to get or make stands for them.
Still gotta get the rears and Center Channel yet.
What Should I get next? The rears or Center Channel?
BTW Going With the CSI A4 Center and 2 more A3's For the Rears.

Between those two, the center channel is the clear choice.

Alright I got the A3's Hooked up and went and Bought the Center Channel (RTi A4) Today and have that Hooked up.
My Negbhour and I are Going to build a Pair of Speaker Stands Maybe Next Weekend For the Front Surrounds and I still Have to Figure out what to do with My Blu Ray Player and Cable Box Since the Center Channel took their Spot, I'm Thinking on Getting a small Shelf and putting them on the Side But for now they are Sitting on the Speakers.
What a Difference Compared to the Old Sats I had, Sounds are alot Better and more Range of Sound.
I Will post New Pictures When i get the Stands Built.

Default Updates.

I have Updates!
I got the Polk audio RTi/CSi series speakers Hooked up But I did not have a chance to get them Tuned Properly Yet.
They sound Great So far.
I had to drive all over town yesterday to try to find a set of End tables for the Speakers to no luck, So I Told My Fiencee last night and she wanted to go hunting so i said Ok, we went to one spot and they had nothing that i wanted so she said lets go to another store that I already went to Earlier that day, so we get there and we went down an isle there was a stack of them for $24.99Ea but the only problem was they were chestnut in color so I said we will fix that right quick and got a couple of cans of Semi gloss Black spray paint.
When we got home we put the tables together and Spray
painted them Black, They turned out great.
The other Problems I ran into was that the Center Channel is alot bigger than the old speakers were so i had to place the speaker where my Blu Ray player and the Cable box is, for now they are on the same spot as TV till i get a Table for them and the other problem i had is that I had to relocate the sub cause lack of space up front so I put it in the back corner till I get home next week and have to relocated again cause there is no bass what so ever of where we are sitting.
The only Thing Left to get is another Set of A3's for the rear Channels.

The subs Temp Location For Now is in the back corner beside the dresser.

here is a couple of pics of the Monkey and the Buick Grand National.
