What releases came in different colored cases, whether at first or still does?

I'm gonna turn this into a list thread....

The French release of La Rafle comes in a black Blu-Ray case, in a slip cover.

Nether Poultrygeist or Tromeo & Juliet come in green cases. Despite Troma's advertising materials, all of their BDs have been in standard blue packaging.

[I own Tromeo & Juliet, but I've seen Poultrygeist in retail stores and have never seen it in green packaging.]

Does anyone know if "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" was released in an orange case? Anywhere? I swear I saw one once. Not sure where. Seems like I saw it in person but I think it may of just been online somewhere but I'm having no luck tracking it down now.

Like the "Wimpy Kid" I posted above...I swear I've seen "Poultry" in a green case...sealed even. I probably didn't.

By the way, does anyone know where one can buy empty bluray cases in all these colors? Would be cool to know, so that I can put the colors according to the mood of the film/color of the cover. Or both. For example, I would really like a red cover for my Do The Right Thing bluray.
