I'm interested in buying the first X-Men movie. I heard that there was an extended version of the film that existed as 'Enhanced Viewing Mode'.
The more I research it, the less appealing it seems. I read all of this: - The aspect ratios of the deleted scenes differ from the core film. - A distracting 'ø' symbol is present during the deleted scenes taking you to behind-the-scenes stuff. - Featurettes also are shoved in with the deleted scenes. This all seemed rather odd for a simple extended edition. More mind-boggling is that some sources claim ten minutes are added in, while other claim it's a whole freaking hour. Can anyone who owns the film clarify all this for me? Also, is there a specific version of the film I have to buy for Enhanced Viewing Mode? Thanks. |

Can you elaborate? Are you saying that it stops playing the movie, switches over to the deleted scene file, plays that, and continues playing the movie?
