Knowing that Manga Entertainment pretty much erased the "Limited Edition" meaning with their Akira Blu-ray Steelbook would this one actually be a true LE?

I just don't believe what Manga UK says any more, but I'll still follow updates with the Ninja Scroll BD Steelbook 'cos I'm interested.
