Default Best Physical Star Wars release

I have the two trilogy sets on blu-ray which I want to sell because I don't like that they don't have special features and the documentaries on them. Is the complete saga my best bet, or are the recent releases on blu-ray better?

Buy the Complete Saga + the new 4K releases for the new transfers (these have not been released as standalone BDs as far as I know) and new extras. And then buy the DVDs for all the other missing extras.

Star Wars: The Complete Saga is the best and only Star Wars blu-ray set I own along with the last Disney trilogy. It is well worth a place on the self. The original Star Wars documentaries are included: The Making Of Star Wars / The Empire Strikes Back SPFX / Classic Creatures. New documentaries include Star Wars Tech and A Conversation With The Masters 3 Years Later. The only problem I have is pulling the discs out of the slots. But don't hesitate to purchase this set. "The Force Is With You".
