It has that Le Samourai/The American meditative loner viewpoint, but there is a bit more drama (however subdued). There's a pretty unsubtle environmental angle, but that, my friend, I can forgive.

The Hunter was a good movie, but has nothing to do with dinosaurs...that trailer is a spoof! LOL

It's about trying to find the last Tasmanian Tiger...where Dafoe is basically a mercenary hired by a specialized pharmaceutical company to track and bag the supposedly extinct animal for genetics research due to a special property the Tasmanian tiger was supposed to have.

Netflix it, it's worth a watch.

It's pretty corny that this fan made trailer attributed the footage to JP4. It's a cool trailer, but he should have made it ist own beast...that would have reaaaally thrown some people off, but probably wouldn't have received as many hits.

The Hunter was an excellent movie. The story was fantastic and, as always, Willem Dafoe commanded his role and made the film that much better.

For those of you who are unfamiliar, it's not about a hunt for a dinosaur but it's about the hunt for the elusive (and presumably extinct) tasmanian tiger.
