Loved the books and loved the movie, but I doubt I'll upgrade from the digibook, which I think is great as-is.

Depending on the packaging I might pick this up. I love my digibook so it will take a lot though..the Shawshank Redemption and Green Mile digibooks complement each other so well right next to one another .

Maybe it's just me, but I think that packaging looks rather cheap.

How many times does WB think we are going to buy these titles? They have 1,000s of films but keep releasing the same ones over and over - they have become the worst Home Video studio, even Universal is better

Wow, if that's the final packaging... I'm glad I always found Shawshank to be the better of the two. Honestly, I think they package fast-food with more thought and care.

Let's just wait until we see the actual physical packaging rather than a CG video mock-up.

I just recently sold my digibook because I was hoping Warner would do a double feature with Shawshank. Good timing, I guess.

I agree. I'm wondering if it will be all plastic, which would be pretty neat.
Also I'm curious about what the price is going to be on these. I got most of WB digibooks dirt cheap on Amazon, and if 99.9% of the people dislike this packaging, the price should drop quickly.

Nope. Leave me with my Digibook which is perfect.

Thin/Light packaging = more fragile packaging.

I'm in for this! Been holding off on the BD, but I'm biting on this one. One of my all-time favorites Tom Hanks films...
