It would have been nice for the extended cut to be the one released but I will get this anyway and keep the extended blu for the times I don't want to watch this in 3D. Looking forward to seeing it in 3D again. Haven't since it's theatrical release.

So is the made up page on this site accurate in that it comes with 3d, 2d, and DVD? Which version will be 3d? The theatrical or the extended? Will we get all the extras?

Every release of Avatar including this one has been the plan since the movie was in theaters. I don't know why people are mad at the "double dip" concept since Cameron himself said many times how many releases there would be and what they would be (theatrical blu-ray, extended blu-ray, 3D blu-ray) thus preparing you for what you want to buy.

I have just about every different release of the movie from all over the world, this one will be included as well

Also, the price is up to $35.99 on Amazon.
