I see this only on Amazon for next week. Didn't see the ad for BB or Target. Is it worth $30?

I know someone who took her kids to see it and they and her enjoyed it in 3D.

And then there's the 200 plus amazon.com reviews of Happy Feet 2 that tell a different story...... I have no idea how there could be so much hate for a movie, but apparently most of the reviews I read feel this movie was a quick cash in, and had a bad storyline.

I hold off criticism until I actually see a movie, but in this case, dancing, singing, rapping penguins are not my cup of tea. It might be good, but I'll pass for now.

I haven't pre-ordered this as I wasn't a fan of the first one really and this one is worse by all accounts, though in theory the 3D should look good, since the antartic is very bright of course.

Will wait for a price drop I think, I'm not paying full price for singing dancing penguins!

I hear ya. The biggest concern I would have is, what is the story about? Actually, from what I remember in the previews, it's about a baby penguin learning to believe in himself and dance his own style.

I don't have much interest in this movie. So unless I can get it for a pretty sweet sale price, I'll pass.

Default Happy Feet Two review...wow!

Happy Feet Two 3D Blu-ray Review

Not only does it look like a great 3D presentation, but the reviewer FINALLY says crosstalk is caused by the display and not the disc! That's a refreshing thing to finally see in one of these reviews!

I had no interest to see this but with such high marks for the 3D, I just may have to if the price gets below $20!

I saw the first Happy Feet. No amount of awesome 3D will get me to sit through another one. Nice to hear it will be a good one for kids though.

Yeah the first one almost killed me, I know the 3D is meant to be solid but another dose of Happy Feet, I don't know if I can chance it.

Yeah, I agree! Don't think I can sit through it either after thinking about it! Wish I could rent it in Netflix.

Still think its a milestone that a reviewer finally admits crosstalk is the display not the disc!

Guess the reviewer reads the forums, we do bust his balls a bit so credit where credit is due for pointing out the crosstalk issue correctly.

Happy Feet 2 is a hard ask though, despite 3D's miraculous ability to make films you wouldn't normally watch watchable, there are limits.

I could barely make it through the trailer. I KNOW I couldn't make it through an entire movie. I'll just watchd Tangled again, thanks.

If I could sit through Shark Night and Spy Kids 4 without self harming I'm pretty sure this couldn't be any worse.....

That reviewer always says crosstalk is a display problem, it's Martin that is still living in denial, about many things apparently

Just watched this one and I agree with the reviewer the PQ and 3D is fantastic.

I hated the first film with a passion, but I actually quite enjoyed this one. A few TOTALLY WTF moments that kind of even made it a little bit kooky and (gasp) original for these kinds of films.

I enjoyed it a lot more than Tin Tin or 3 Musketeers and would watch it again

The best surprise however was the utterly amazing new Tweety and Sylvester short. It's phenomenal with 3D that rivals Sammy for fantastic popout and great depth! There are more great popouts in 4 minutes than there is in most full length features!

For me the short is worth £18 on its own, it's brilliant!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
