What's everyone's opinion about the best PQ available for watching movies in an iPad w/ Retina display?

So far, I have tried iTunes HD and Netflix HD - obviously the former one was much better PQ. Haven't tried Amazon Instant Video yet. Not sure if there's any others.

The Flixster app now supports HD on select titles, maybe you could try that one out too.
