Germany FSK18 movies on Amazon.de
Amazon.de sells many movies that are rated FSK18 and ships them overseas. I thought this was not allowed and that's why John Rambo was pulled. Can any German member shed some insight here.

FSK18 rated American Soldier on Amazon.de
