WWE Titles only released in UK - Blu-ray Forum

Quick question I have recently learned that there have been 3 WWE Best of releases to only hit BD in the UK. Anyone know if they are unlocked and can be played on a US PS4?

As far as I know, most (if not all) of the UK WWE releases are locked.
