Most likely just a re-issue from Lionsgate as they now own the rights to the Miramax film library, and Disney no longer do.

Just a heads up HMV in-store has Kill Bill Parts 1 & 2 with Sin City in a slipcase for £20. I was tempted but at the moment the thought of all that gratuitous violence made my stomach heave... I just finished David Carradine's Kill Bill diaries as well so I thought I be psyched. I've turned into a big baby. Maybe if it's there in a few weeks I'll muster up the courage!

I picked them up a couple of weeks back, i thought it was a mis-price as Kill Bill parts 1 & 2 (in a slipcase) were £35

They had a few there today but as you said the Kill Bill double pack was more expensive. It's the usually HMV offer buy 1 for the price of 2. You've got to have eagle eyes to spot the decent offers but they are there.

Does anyone know if it's UNCUT?

The UNCUT DVD's were only released in Japan, they kept the blood and didn't change to black and white for a while.

It'd be a must-buy for me, given that I held off from buying the DVDs in anticipation of the 'inevitable' combined edition. Little did I realise just how long it might take before such a thing would see the light of day...

oh I'm the same there. Sold my DVD's around the time of the format war in hopes of the inevitable upgrade.
As it stands, I'm currently shopping for a cheap enough deal on the Canadian Steelbooks as I dont think we're ever getting the 'whole bloody affair'

Heads up, Kill Bill boxset for £7.10 from Amazon. Just snapped it up as I've been waiting for a decent offer for 2 of my favourite films.
