Default Can you upgrade iTunes digital copies to HD

I've a few digital copies that I've either redeemed via a code or code and disc that are standard definition and was wondering if there's a process where I can upgrade them for a small fee to HD, because there's no way I'm paying the full amount just to have it in HD,

Thanks

Not that I am aware of...was hoping that they would offer that eventually (like they did with iTunes Plus for music way back)
