I'm experiencing problems with the playback of the internship movie. I played the movie the first time, but missed a few parts.

I went back and played it from the beginning again. It seemed as though the movie had trouble starting after I skipped past the trailers. I had to fast forward a few seconds to get the movie to start.

Throughout the movie, the navigation menu kept showing up even though I didn't touch the remote. Any ideas as to what might be happening with the disc?

a good idea would be you telling us what model player you have and if it has the latest firmware update installed?

Maybe it is your players way of telling you to watch good movies and not garbage like The Internship.
