iTunes Expired Codes - Issues/Updates

There are a couple different threads discussing various titles for iTunes that are Expired and respective studios will not replace or update the codes.

As far as I know, there is no consolidated thread to post or discuss iTunes expired codes issues, however if such a thread already exists please let me know...

Also if anyone has any additional titles that they have had issues with or any other pertinent information please post or PM me.

Are these contacts specific to iTunes? Or can they be used with issues for UV redemption too? I'm assuming it'd be generic ... but I didnt see any threads about getting a 'redeemed' or 'expired' error on new UV codes.

I think Universal prefers using their web form and not an e-mail address.

Some of the links might be specific to DC/iTunes but the email addresses may be generic...never hurts to try and at least you might get some reply pointing you in the right direction.

Eventually I'd like to have Twitter accounts -- anything at all that might give us access to replacement codes. I'd like to see some of the other studios step up like Warner Brothers has and if they get enough pushback they may.

Green Zone is universal and they will not update (at least not iTunes)- its UV only

I used the form to redeem my Digital Copy of Hellboy II, got a reply from this Universal Support, which asked for photo's of the disc and redemption. I did this and sent the email, to which my email address quickly responded with a delivery error.

I have no idea what to do now

I think there might be an e-mail size limit for universal. Try reducing the quality of your photos and send again.

Here's a new one...just tested the code from a copy of Green Zone that I picked up from Fry's Electronics at the Universal website and it came back as already redeemed - from a slip, from a sealed copy (I call shenanigans!).

I emailed their support...see what they say.

Yes, took a few days for them to reply. They replied today. They replaced one with UV. Still waiting to hear on other titles.

Successfully redeemed the DC based digital copy of 'Amelia' which expired on February 1, 2012

I just emailed WB about Unknown missing the digital copy. The disc says it expired in 2012. Anyone know the chances of them sending a replacement?

WB the chances are very good providing you have a copy of the slip and are able to take a photo of the blu-ray.

I also snipped a copy of the graphic off of their own site that states - "Digital Copy Offer Expires 5/17/2017" that I include with every email

Sucessfully received a replacement code for "Shark Night" from Fox today (10/6/14).
