Moonlight DigitalHD Code Redemption Problem - Blu-ray Forum

Has anyone encountered issue with redeeming the DigitalHD UV code for Moonlight from Blu-ray? Both redeemmovie and vudu show the code as invalid. Does anyone know a way to reach Lionsgate UV support? (similar thing happened previously with another Lionsgate code which resolved itself).

I just started searching for support myself. Same thing happened to me. I went to redeem my code and it tells me it is invalid. How are they so bad at this?

I have seen at least one more person asking if others are having problems redeeming Moonlight in another section of the forum. I have not been able to find a Contact Support information for Lionsgate UV (only iTunes support, which I filled out a form, but won't hold my breath). I tried to submit a request on myuv.com as well, but Moonlight does not even come up as a available title to complain about (and it won't let me submit the request).

Persistence paid off. I just kept on trying it on Vudu and a minute ago, it went through. Still not UV, but at least it redeemed in Vudu in HDX. Now is the waiting game for Vudu to activate it in UV.

On release day, sometimes it is just easiest to wait a bit and they will eventually get things sorted out.

Why not just buy it at Vudu if that's where you want it......no code needed

How do you redeem UV codes in UHD and not HDX?

You need to have an UHD code to begin with. Did you buy the movie?

No but I want to know what to look for when buying the movie. Does the case have a sign? Does it just go by studio releasing the movie? There has to be a way to know whether we get uhd or hdx only before pulling the trigger
