Default First Ebola case in US

Person in Texas who came from over there. Can't believe we don't suspend travel to and from there... But at least it's only contagious when showing symptoms.

Actually...
There's no need to worry about a widespread Ebola problem here in the U.S. We have the resources to contain it here.

It will be almost impossible to do that. Plus they can have it but if no symptoms you won't know

Soap and warm water kills this along with hand sanitizer. It will be so hard for it to spread in a civilized country. War torn Liberia on the other hand? Spread like a fire.

People wonder why it spreads like wildfired over there...and this is why

They don't believe it's real. They still eat bushmeat and dump infected bodies on the side of roads

This could turn political in a flash.

OT: I am not really worried, if I get it I get it. I can't live life in fear of every little thing.

No real risk of it spreading in the Western world from what I've heard. West Africa is entirely different and I imagine Liberia in particular could get ugly as that country is in complete shambles..

Sorry, but how are guns going to protect you from an airborne disease? It kind of makes me laugh when preppers say they are prepared for everything? Oh really? Will they be prepared when a magma chamber opens up under their fiberglass shelter? These shows always leave magma out of the equation.

Sucks....

People do have to realize this outbreak is only i think 50% death where as previous out breaks have been 70+%

Still horrible but at least a silver lining...

Spain have what they think is 6 cases...could start to spread there...we will see
