What? No takers? Vinegar does such an awesome job on these transfers, I'm buying this blind, right now, just so this thread can get some content. The trailer looks like a painfully delicious, epic schlock-fest with plenty of atmosphere and some unintentionally hilarious bad-enough-to-be-good stunts and cut-shots. Is this the ultra-low budget Troma italian-style copy of an italian horror copy, which tries to riff off Fulci's "Zombie"? One of the 80's cheese-fest predecessors that inspired "Serpent and the Rainbow"? I'll know in a few days.

I'm glad VS got this one out before Troma decided to stop licensing. This is a longtime personal favorite. Hadn't seen it since the original theatrical release and I thought it held up pretty well - certainly not the kind of film the title implies but still a lot of fun IMO. Some newcomers may find the find silly or even bad but I love the atmosphere and camaraderie above all else. Maybe it's an acquired taste lol.
