Tatamy Galaxy (2010) BD Box

Masaaki Yuasa's Tatami Galaxy (四畳半神話大系/2010), based on Tomihiko Morimi's novel by the same name, will get a box set release on 6/18.

Like most television series, it received the individual volume releases shortly after the episodes aired. The box set offers a fairly significant reduction in price, but without the swag that came with the first pressings of the individual releases.

Honestly, I never buy Japanese releases of TV series just due to the outrageous prices, but 13,000 yen isn't too bad, relatively speaking. Plus, I'm not too optimistic about this getting a BD release anywhere outside of Japan, so I might just take the plunge.
