They are Zavvi exclusives, but they ship to US. Just make sure you pay via Paypal if outside the UK as members here have no end of problems with credit card payments being declined by Zavvi or their banks

I think these look great. Love the understatement which really suits the mood and style of these great movies.

There not zavvi exclusive bud. Which is a good thing because zavvi have a nasty habit of cancelling your order if you don't follow their very strict payment rules.

It's amazing what some back art and a colorful spine can do to a release. I was blah about these at first but am pretty pumped looking at the package as a whole. Hopefully they'll have some nice inner art too

Thanks for the heads up! I set my alarm and just bought it now for the Lightning Deal price of £16 (a 20% savings). Not an incredible deal, but probably better than what most people are getting this SB for.

I got all four Studio Ghibli steelbooks. I had pre ordered them. All, including shipping, came to about 100 dollars. Not bad. I have the regular blus of these to watch, so these are just for collection purposes and I rarely do that, but I adore these films.

wait - do you mean 100 GBP or 100 dollars? If it is the latter, How did you get that kind of discount on all 4 ? (as I see all of them about 20 GBP each on amazon.co.uk)

That's because they were cheaper back then. When you buy from AMZ.UK in case you didn't know in the US they take out the VAT. So it drops the overall price of the SB. I think all four back during preorder price were around 78 GBP or so then that is about $120 USD.
