Digital Copy on Game of Thrones Blu Rays on UK - Blu-ray Forum

When listed on amazon UK, the Game of Thrones season 1, 2 or 3 Blu ray packages don't have any sort of digital copy on them, iTunes nor UV, but it seems very unlikely to me, giving the fact that it's 2014 and other shows and movies DO have UV when bought from Amazon UK.
So my question is- do these packages of Game of Thrones (season 2, for example), have some sort of digital copy on them (iTunes/UV)?
