I think they put those pre-orders up too soon. They've all been removed. The film doesn't even release in theaters until next Friday, not this Friday. They jumped the gun a week is my guess.

I did catch a look earlier before they were pulled. It wasn't clear if this is a 4K + Blu Ray combo or 4K disk only. WB usually does the combo for the steelbook releases of theatrical films(unlike their DTV animated or catalog titles)

Strange, looks like all the pages I linked to were taken down. Target also pulled their BD and DVD listings, so nothing specific about this Steelbook. I'm guessing they went up too early.
