New home theater advice?

Hello, I have an Insignia 3D Blu-Ray player and Insignia HD TV. I am planning on setting up a new home theater system that would connect to all of that. I have been looking at the http://www.accessories4less.com/make...peakers/1.html which is $269.99 plus $40 shipping for my location where as http://www.amazon.com/Onkyo-HT-S3500...o+home+theater the one on Amazon from Onkyo is brand new for way less and free shipping. What do you recommend. My price point is $320 dollars max. I want to get a good quality surround sound. As long as it is 3D capitable just incase I want a 3D TV someday and has DTS and Dolby TrueHD surround, I will be happy. The set up will be in a basement. Any advice?

Also noticed this one for 30$ over price range.

Edit: Read an old thread I started back in the day about looking for a new setup and someone recommended Denon so I went with that. Also, going to post pictures here when I receive and set it up .
