Well, they beat Disney on patent lawsuits... I guess when the returns start to diminish, you take direct shots at your competitor.

Not good. Studios hate catfights, and don't want to get tangled up in one...who can can they use safely? Especially when this stuff happens after the fact?

This sort of litigation has been going on since Prime Focus itself was sued back in 2011.
