Default One Piece episodes on Blu

I know the movies have been but noticed on home page of tomorrows releases they have one of the seasons. Is the is New? I know they wont start over but is this a new thing, them doing them in blu. I notice this is a season set and only has like 12 episodes vs the collection sets with 20 some. if I wanna go back to beginning and start. what is best way. bit confused

thats a false listing. funimation hasnt started releasing any of the series to blu ray, just the movies.

the series only started blu ray releases in japan around the start of the Punk Hazzard arc (episode 575 forward)

Collections. There are also Amazon exclusive packs that contain a few collections each.

Yeah pretty sure the person who submitted that listing meant to post it as a DVD. That sometimes happens.

funimation did mention a while back that they were toying around with the idea of releasing more newer OP sooner, something like keeping the current older release schedule going while possibly releasing sets of more current seasons. you could possibly assume they might release blu rays of newer seasons since the materials are out there if they did do this. but thats all speculation on my end and funi hasnt said anything about this idea since then.
