Terry Pratchett's HOGFATHER ?

What's the story with this? A production from SKY and its never been put out in the UK on Blu-Ray. COLOR OF MAGIC has so what happened to this one?
To make matters worse I bought the German Blu-Ray ages back and was horrified to find the English track turned out to be in mono!
After looking about other countries I found a Spanish release the other week and it appeared through the door today. Once again the sound is 'glorious' mono! Even the Spanish track is mono!! What a sad situation for this great wee production which had a great surround track when first shown on TV. Any sign of a decent version of this appearing anywhere?
