The French Blu-ray of It Follows includes David Robert Mitchell's previous film The Myth of the American Sleepover as an HD extra. While not a horror film it appears to be in a very similar style and it was well received when it came out. It has never received a Blu-ray release. I just want to know if the subs are removable.

I am lead to believe the subs are selectable. I have just placed an order, will let you know if you would like when it arrives.

I got my shipping notification from Amazon.fr overnight so hopefully it will be here in about a week. Will post details if nobody else gets a chance in the meantime.

The subtitles are removable.
I asked Metropolitan Films on Facebook.

For anyone wondering, it is region locked.

Just finished it, very good PQ and AQ.

Also tried the American Sleepover included on disc, it has English DTS HD MA 5.1 audio, and removable French subs like main feature.

Received this yesterday and watched both films together. It Follows was already one of my favourite films of the year and I really enjoyed Myth, very solid first feature. Definitely worth the hefty(er) price tag.

I just received my checkdisc from Metropolitan.

Just to confirm that both movies are on the same BD and in 1080p. I'll check more formally, but the French subs look like they're optional (Shallow's post seems to go that way) but the BD looks like it's Region B locked.
