Universal Germany will release the first season of the ABC series The Code on 17 September 2015.

The series was released in November 2014 by Universal in Australia, and by Arrow Video in the UK, on DVD only. In the United States, Acorn will release a DVD edition on 6 October 2015.

According to the listing on Universal Germany's home video site, it looks like they will port most of the extras from the Australian DVD, with the exception of "About the Code" which, ironically, seems to be the only extra listed for the US DVD.

If I'm not mistaken, "About The Code" is basically an edit with a few sentences from each Featurette put together, so there won't be actual content missing (if the Universal listing is correct)

One of the TV shows which I hoped Arrow would release on Blu-ray, but they released them on DVD only. So I appreciate you posting about this German Blu-ray release McCrutchy.

I wish a German Blu-ray release of Salamander would happen. And hopefully a European Blu-ray release of Cordon happens.

I received my copy a couple of days ago. The show looks and sounds fantastic.

These discs are actually region-free, but the program is encoded in 1080/50i to maintain its native 25 fps framerate. Note that the back cover claims the presentation is 1080p.

Unlike many Universal releases, this was authored for Germany only, and to that end, it uses animated menu screens. Universal has offered both the original English audio, and a German dubbed audio track. The latter is the default, so English audio needs to be selected via the menu, or using your remote. Optional German, English SDH and German (for English text) subtitles are provided for the episodes.

Universal have also provided several of the short promo featurettes from their Australian DVD release, presented here in 1080/50i, with English audio and optional German or English subtitles.

All subtitling is in white font.
