I really want to see the Norwegian film "The Wave" ("Bølgen) but won't be able to make it. It looks like it will be amazing - check out the trailer! Hopefully it will be out on blu ray sooner than Kon Tiki took - even though I understand a lot of Norewgian I still like my English subs to help me!

This will mark the first year since 2004 that I haven't been to the LFF, and my first in five that I haven't covered it as press. I've always had an amazing time in the past, and would have loved to have caught Cemetery Of Splendour and Arabian Nights nice and early, but I just couldn't be bothered with bouncing between friends sofas and cheap hotels this time 'round!

I've got a week off to see a few films
I've got tickets for Ryuzo and His Seven Henchmen, When Marnie Was There and The Assassin but hoping to book a few more in.
