Default Ted vs. Flash Gordon redeeming wrong version of Ted - Universal doesn't care

After redeeming the codes from "Ted vs. Flash Gordon" yesterday, I noticed that the first Ted movie redeemed as the R-rated version instead of Unrated on iTunes (but did redeem Unrated on Vudu). After contacting Universal, this is what they said:

Quote:
Hello,

The digital copy of this title is only available as a regular theatrical version and it’s not available as the unrated version through Universal. We regret the inconvenience caused.

Sincerely,
Digital Copy Support

Support Case Info:
Product: Universal Digital Copy
Issue: Other
Status: Resolved
I replied to them stating that it is supposed to be Unrated, and included a photo of the digital code slip which clearly shows that both Ted movies are supposed to be Unrated. They never replied back (probably due to them marking it as "resolved")

So in case anyone else is having this problem, it seems like Universal won't do anything to resolve it.
