I enjoyed the first one. Didn't think it really needed a sequel. But I'll probably still check it out, even though I don't care for Jessica Alba, just because the first was one of the few Jason Statham solo flicks that I've enjoyed.

I'll be looking forward to this one. I actually thought the first one was good (not to compare with the original Bronson/Vincent film though although truth be known, I haven't seen the original in ages. Wonder how its held up over all these years).

Something about Tommy Lee Jones and Jason Statham having some kind of buddy relationship in this movie makes me giddy.

I don't remember the first a ton, but the tone of this looks completely different from the first.

Anyone think this is an awkward title for a movie? Even The Mechanic: Resurrection would roll off the tongue better. Mechanic: Resurrection feels like two words just dangling there

just saw it...

a 2 star film at best but it was better than being out in the blazing sun all day..LOL

Does Statham punch like, a lot of people? If so it meets my standards for what I look for in a Staham film.
