A brave and clever ragtag starship crew stands up against the evil Empire as it tightens its grip on the galaxy and hunts down the last of the Jedi Knights.

All episodes from the first season of the animation set in the 'Star Wars' universe between the events of 'Revenge of the Sith' (2005) and 'A New Hope' (1977). With the rebellion against the empire in its infancy, the story follows Ezra (voice of Taylor Gray), a young orphan who finds himself caught up in the adventures of the fledgling rebels. The episodes are: 'Droids in Distress', 'Fighter Flight', 'Rise of the Old Masters', 'Breaking Ranks', 'Out of Darkness', 'Empire Day', 'Gathering Forces', 'Path of the Jedi', 'Idiot's Array', 'Vision of Hope', 'Call to Action', 'Rebel Resolve' and 'Fire Across the Galaxy'.

Though with it being Zavvi + Star Wars, I don't know how much hope there is for that

Got mine on Friday. The Foil steelbook is really good, works well with the Inquisitor's eyes.

But can someone explain this "3 disc" steelbook?

None of them are sold direct by Amazon, so may be a resale of the Zavvi steelbooks.

But the Zavvi Steelbook only comes with 2 discs - as does every complete season I can see of?

While I didn't receive this I did receive Treasure Planet, which shipped at the same time. I think seven days travel time ties a Zavvi record.
Heck it shipped after and showed up before my AmazonUK order.

Looking forward to finally receiving Rebels, though! It does look quite good!

Mine came and looks great, except there's a weird like scuff line that was underneath the cardboard on the back (vertical). Not sure there's much I can do about it unfortunately. I like how they did the lightsabers and such to stand out. Hope they do one for season 2.
