Gargus Expert Member Member since:Jan 2014	Do I need a 4k player to watch 2k movies? I know yes I can technically watch 2k blu rays, but does using a 4k player bring out the true 2k scan? I hope that makes sense. I have a 4k tv now with 120 hz native refresh and hdr, but I'm using my ps3 to watch movies on it. I don't buy 4k movies really but I have tons of like scream factory and so on movies that have 2k scans of their movies.
