I am torn between the Amazon.us and Amazon.fr ones.The French has the steelbook but the U.S. Is $13.00 cheaper for me.Any opinions would be great.Is the extra money worth it for the steelbook?

If the version with the Steelbook is only $13 extra, just get that. Better value.
