Grooves and media import tax

Now if you live outside Germany (Australia) a note comes up on checkout saying you will be charged 10 percent on arrival of import -- anyone know how this works?? They charge you? You got an email??

You will get an email asking if you will accept any gst charged on arrival. I said yes (otherwise the order would not be accepted by Grooves) but have never been charged anything on arrival in Australia across multiple orders.

Thanks, I have ordered from them before. Never got this screen notice before alerting me to such a thing.
