I was excited, before I saw those "Exclusively for Prime members..."

For those without Amazon Prime,
Walmart.com has it for $22.75 but.... if you choose the free in store pickup (arrives in a few days), you would save another 94 cents. I am thinking about that option.

Out of stock now at Walmart so of course the price has went back up at AMAZON.

In stock and for everyone at Amazon. $21.81 sounds great but $4.98 shipping and $1.94 tax and all of a sudden, $29 doesn't sound like such a deal.

EDIT: double-checked Walmart.com to see if any more were in stock. Got lucky and ordered from them for $23 shipped to store. Hey, $6 is $6, right?
