I have been holding off on 4K since I am very happy with my current setup that consists of an Epson 5030ub and an Oppo 103 in a dedicated theatre. However I'm starting to consider a 4K display since more and more titles are being released. I love my projector, it has an amazing picture with deep blacks but the LG OLED has my eye. I have never spent more than $3000 on a display and want to stick with this budget. $3000 would get me a 55" OLED. My question is has anyone downgraded from a good projector to an OLED? I'm fearful that going from a 110" screen down to a 55" will be a mistake. Any input or opinion will be appreciated.
