Been waiting for this and Christine ever since Sundance.

As morbid as it is, I wish the family would release the actual footage of it happening. I have a curiosity with seeing death.

This is one of my most anticipated, I've been wanting to see it since I read the Indiewire review back in January.

I first saw the film Christine last summer, and recently watched Kate Plays Christine. Both are well-done & compelling films - with completely different approaches - about an extremely disturbing '70's event that I was completely unaware of prior to seeing these movies.

What was interesting about KPC was that, given that it was a documentary about the making of the film, there were interviews with some people who actually remembered and/or knew Christine Chubbuck. This really added a human element to this event.

I am also curious about something - obviously, the film Christine was made and did get critical acclaim - and, Christine starred Rebecca Hall in the title role. However, Kate Plays Christine starred different actors portraying the roles, i.e. KLS played Christine here.

So, did the film that we saw the "behind the scenes making of" in KPC ever actually get produced/made? Just wondering.
