Hi,
Would greatly appreciate any input/advice. My TV is the Sony Oled. Right now I currently have a Samsung M8500 player. I am debating on getting the Panasonic DPUB820K or the Sony Player? What would you recommend and would there be a big picture upgrade going from the Samsung to the Sony or Panasonic? I am leaning towards the Panasonic. But just curious if there would be a big picture upgrade by going that route? Thanks |

The Panasonic UB820 is pretty highly regarded for its tone mapping capabilities. I don't think you can go wrong by upgrading to it. It looks like your Samsung player doesn't support Dolby Vision so you should notice a difference on discs with Dolby Vision.

Thank you.
I also have an Xbox one X. Would the Panasonic still be an improvement over that as well? |

Perfect! So it sounds like I got the blu ray player situation sorted out and will get the Panasonic!
Thanks! |
