Default Happy Death Day UK code redeeming as The Snowman

So just tried redeeming my code for Happy Death Day that came with the UK blu-ray and its redeeming as The Snowman instead. Anyone else experienced this? Would I have to contact Universal about this for them to send me another code?

I think your best bet is contacting Flixster. It seems a screw up on their end.

I don't think it's Flixster. I went to the Universal site listed on the slip to redeem and it came up as The Snowman after entering the code. So I'm assuming the code is for the wrong movie.

Along when attempting to redeem the code on Flixster it keeps telling me to go to VUDU which is weird because it should take me to the UK site.

Same thing has happened to me. I contacted Flixster and they have forwarded my issue to Universal. I've fired off another message to Universal as they haven't responded yet.

Hi pooky1969, this afternoon I sent Universal a message using the support link on the site listed on the slip. They messaged back within the hour asking for a photo of the slip and after I sent that they issued me a new code. If they haven't replied back by tomorrow morning, I'd recommend using that support page. The new code redeemed successfully as Happy Death Day

I had this and it`s Universal - They`ve had a big screw up in the UK.

If you email their support team with the code you`ve got with your copy, they`ll send you a new one which will be for Happy Death Day.
