Anyone got this one and can comment on the release?

It's a £7 title for me, but I'm in the mood for buying it at it's £10 price tag.

I got mine a couple of days ago, it's in the upper tier of older Universal masters but still has EE and DNR.

Very very watchable though IMHO and decent encoding and bitrate by Fabulous Films. Would probably give it 3-3.5/ for PQ.

I know it's doubtful, but if anyone can confirm or deny whether it will play on Region A, I would be very grateful.

Disappointing to hear about the disc, but for me being in Region 1 land it'll be an upgrade because we never got anything beyond the full-screen DVD.

This movie is a riot! I just watched it last night after not seeing it for many years, probably since it came out. I enjoyed it a lot, a lot funnier than I remember too! How on earth did this bomb so hard at the box office? A lot of the humor rivaled that of Wanda in my opinion, both films compliment each other so wonderfully and need to be watched back to back

Just try not to notice how Carey Lowell disappears due to half of the movie being re-shot, or the noticeable difference in directorial style between Robert Young and Fred Schepisi. And let's try to forget Jamie Lee Curtis' awful wig for the reshoots, which rivals the terrible one she was saddled with in Halloween II.

The final film is decent, rather than the dynamite it should have been.

Just noticed this on Netflix and is rated PG. I wonder if it is a different cut given that it's a 12 on disc.

Thought they might have put the American rating, but it's PG-13. So a bit strange.

Better than their own self-rating "Teen" which makes me think it's a teeny bopper type film.
