![]() ![]() Street Date: Dec. 1 supplements will include: Director Commentary; Archaeologist Commentary; Making Of; Aerial Trailer; Photo Gallery; Trailer; Tribute to Jake Eberts, RIP; Deleted Scenes; and Behind-the-Scenes. Amazon Pre-order ~ I must admit I am a huge fan of the documentary as both the subject is fascinating and the 3D photography is just stunning. So High Recommendation from me. |

it's too bad 'Tribute to Jake Eberts, RIP' supplement is not included.
I find it odd that the while the DTS track is an audio option, there is no mention of it on the cover of the bluray case or the slipcover. |

Just a heads up that I purchased Jerusalem 3D on sale and watched it last night. The 3D presentation is basically reference quality. Great depth, no technical issues, coorful/bright, etc. The documentary itself is interesting too - nothing life-changing but a decent watch. Its only 43 minutes long.
Just letting ya all know that this is demo-worthy for 3D! |

The 3D in this is grade A. The substance is a bit light and superficial and made us wish there was more to it, and wishing it was longer, but that's more due to Jerusalem being such a deeply interesting topic that 40mins could never do justice to it. As a first time tour of the city, this is the way to go.

Watched it with friends and Family twice over Easter weekend and found it impeccable.
Wherever possible the director tried to make good use of the 3D possibilities at his disposal, walking the narrow streets of Jerusalem was just like being there. For me the cherry on the top were the vintage black & white steroscopic photographs, taken 100 years ago. Great IMAX 3D program (somewhat extended by deleted scenes and other bonus material), in contrast I found Dream Big rather underwhelming. |
